Meditation is grounding
Sometimes, I get relaxed and don’t focus too much on my own inner-maintenance, inner-balance. I seem to be living from fear and living from a series of knee-jerk reactions to the outer world instead of truly being able to observe life from the heart from a more peaceful demeanor. This is why I have found that meditation is grounding.
I’m human and can get off course, but the practice of “meditation” is a lifestyle choice. What this means, is you treat the art of meditation as something that you do every day until it becomes a routine. So, if you are truly serious about changing some of your ways, becoming a more grounded person, and learning how to react to stressful situations in calm and gentle approaches, then the practice of meditation is key.
I made this video on how much meditation has helped be grounded during situations where my mind or thoughts rushed way ahead of my rational thought process and I couldn’t think straight.
Even if you meditate for a couple of minutes a day, you will find yourself more relaxed, focused, and peaceful as you journey through life. I get much support not only business-wise with the Six Figure Mentor (SFM) and Digital Business Academy (DEA) educational system, but within this same community, I get so much support emotionally.
